  Great place for kids who love to run about for hours on end. Fun and friendly too. If expanded it would be great because some space at revolution sports is not being used.

  Have been to three Inflatable World locations, Shenton Park is mine and my kids' favourite. Biggest play areas with a really good size area for the littler kids. Well staffed, and they've been changing up the layout and inflatable a bit too which keeps it fresh for the kids.

  Worst place ever! The staff were asking our names and calling us curse words so they could laugh with the other staff. No staff were on duty working other than the one at the Velcro wall. This guy was supposed to tell me that I was next but he was jumping,dancing and singers to the other staff members. Don't go there!

  My son suffered a concussion on the weekend at this centre. A zipper at the back of a safety net was left open. He fell through the opening head first onto a concrete floor. We saw him fall from the back of the equipment onto the top of his head. He screamed then pass out. His body started to convulse. He woke up a short time later and was dazed and confused. We had to run around a divider to get to him. No one was supervising. One of the other dads went to get a staff member to tell him what had happened while we carried him out of the play area. The staff member shrugged his shoulders and said "kids open the zips". The dad insisted they close the zip (it was not needed for entry to the equipment as it was on the back of the net) and put a mat under it. At no stage did anyone come to see if my son was OK after that staff member was informed. There was no emergency procedure or awareness of how to manage the situation. They basically ignored the problem. When I reported it to the front desk and to the manager (separately) all they said is "you should have told us" (we did). The manager turned his back on me and kept cleaning while I was trying to report the incident to him. Luckily we had an Anaethetist and other professionals at the party who took over and examined and assessed my son. We are very, very lucky the injury was not worse and he recovered quickly. I would not trust this centre if anything serious went wrong. There was no safety response. Given how potentially dangerous the equipment is for young children - they should have much better safety responses than the one we experienced. I will never use this venue again.
